ctract Terms and Conditions – What You Need to Know Before You Play

1. Eligibility

Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them. 3. Deposits & Withdrawals

Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately, and any winnings generated through such conduct may be voided and forfeited. ctract cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in the Philippines and will report suspicious activity where required by applicable law. Players are also expected to treat support staff and fellow players with respect at all times — abusive or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in permanent account closure.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified and any funds held in the account will be preserved during the investigation period unless evidence of fraud orprohibited conduct is established. Players may also request the voluntary closure of their own account at any time by contacting our support team, and we will process such requests within a reasonable timeframe. Upon closure of an account in good standing, any remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after all applicable verification requirements have been met. Accounts that have been closed due to a confirmed breach of these terms are not eligible for reinstatement, and any associated winnings generated through prohibited conduct may be permanently forfeited. ctract will always communicate the reason for any involuntary suspension or closure to the affected player where it is legally permissible to do so.

8. Limitation of Liability

The ctract platform is provided on an "as available" basis, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform at all times. We will not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service that are beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues on the player's side, third-party payment processing delays, or force majeure events such as natural disasters or government-imposed restrictions. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the Philippines, ctract's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
